Instructions for Light Attachment

Mounting our light fixtures is a breeze with our stainless steel wire supports, offering flexibility to suit your cage's configuration. Whether your cage bars run front to back or right to left, simply attach the fixture to the supports and insert the large loops between the bars. Adjust the supports as needed for a secure fit, ensuring that the light faces the back of the cage to prevent any potential hazards. Utilize the loops to hang toys, treats, or anything else your pet enjoys. Please note that the assembled light measures 10 1/2" x 11" and may not be suitable for smaller cages. Avoid mounting avian cage lamps on the sides of cages for safety reasons.

Shipping Information

We ship orders via USPS. Please allow two to three days for the shipment of lights. We usually ship bulbs for avian lights the next day. Play gyms, toys, and cages are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow one week for toys and play gyms and three days for cages.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and remain undamaged. The purchaser must ensure the package contents are adequately insured during transit. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise in its original condition. Please note that failure to return items in their original packaging may result in damage to the products. Shipping fees are not refunded.

How many hours should I use the light?
A daylight bulb should be used during daylight hours. The UV bulb can be used 24 hours per day because of the low UV output, which is beneficial for the birds, but please check with your veterinarian for a recommended lighting time.
How long will my bird receive benefits from the bulb?
Our LED natural lighting for birds is guaranteed for one year, but it should last much longer since it is LED. The UV bulb should be replaced after six to eight months because UV light diminishes.
Does the bulb give off a lot of heat?
No, the bulb does not give off a lot of heat. It is LED. The ballast will get very warm, which is normal.
